Its very frustrating at times when people contact us and ask if we can attend to a repair job only to find that they are out of our geographic area of operations. Consequently we have developed a means to address fixes on small to medium sized (easily removable) items.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS!

Use the respective CONTACT US link (Car or Domestic & Other) to send an enquiry
to us.
2.
If possible follow this up with a digital image or two of the damaged item(s).

3.
We will review the problem and contact you with an esimated cost, postage/packing
cost & lead time.
4.
If you wish to proceed - Use the button at the end of these instructions to make your
payment via our secure PayPal account. You do NOT need a PayPal account to do
this, you will be given the option to either pay via Paypal (if you have a Paypal
account) or pay via a debit or credit card.
5.
Then *post the item(s) to us making sure that you have included all the
relevant contact details in the package before posting (please see footnote below).

*Please note: We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to articles that you send us. We strongly advise that you pay a little extra for postal insurance which adequately covers any loss you may experience. Our return postal charges will include such insurance element.
